Yes, when clinically appropriate. Full medication management is available for patients physically located in Arizona. Non-controlled medication management is available in New Mexico and Washington, with broader medication management pending in both states.
Yes. Comprehensive evaluation considers ADHD alongside other factors that can look similar or coexist, such as anxiety, mood, sleep, and trauma.
Controlled medications require comprehensive evaluation and appropriate monitoring. Prescribing is individualized and never guaranteed.
Yes. Care is developmentally informed and typically involves parent or guardian participation.
In most cases, yes. The extent of participation varies by age and clinical situation.
Yes. Therapy is available by secure telehealth in Arizona, New Mexico, and Washington, either on its own or alongside medication management when clinically appropriate.
The first appointment is a comprehensive evaluation. You'll have time to describe what has been happening and discuss what may help.
Care is currently self-pay. Superbills are available on request for potential out-of-network reimbursement, which is not guaranteed.
Initial evaluation: $250. Medication follow-up: 30 minutes, $150. Therapy follow-up: 55 minutes, $150. Medication management plus therapy: 55 minutes total, $225. State and medication restrictions may apply; select the pathway for the state where you'll be located.
At the time of your appointment, you must be physically located in Arizona, New Mexico, or Washington. Select the visit type for that state when booking. Full medication management is available in Arizona. Non-controlled medication management is available in New Mexico and Washington, with broader medication management pending in both states. Therapy is available in all three states.
Forms and letters require clinical appropriateness, adequate evaluation, and sufficient treatment history when applicable. Additional policies or fees may apply, and completion isn't guaranteed.
Please provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a $150 fee.
