Quick Guide

Set up your space

Privacy matters more than polish. A parked car or a closed room both work.

  • A private space where you can speak freely
  • Headphones, if others are nearby
  • Reasonable lighting so your face is visible
  • Water and a notepad within reach

Check the technology

Test the link a few minutes early rather than at the appointment time.

  • Open the visit link ahead of time and allow camera and microphone access
  • Use a stable Wi-Fi connection when possible
  • Close other video or streaming applications
  • Keep your phone nearby in case we need to continue by voice

Have these ready

Having this on hand keeps the appointment focused on you rather than on logistics.

  • Your current medication list with doses
  • Your pharmacy name and location
  • Insurance information, if it has changed
  • Your physical location during the visit, which is required by licensing rules
